Virginia- Yeah, it was one of those that you could hear coming. Kind of like a big truck going down the street. Not so much shaking, but definitely a rumble.
I miss the earthquakes. A friend of mine was in LA on vacation for the Northridge earthquake and she was petrified. She said "You should have seen the POWER LINES swaying!" I said, "Ooooh cool!" She thought I was sick.
I also thought your mom's pic looked a LOT like you- as far as the earthquake- please make sure nothing of the sort happens to us Northeasterner's when we're out ther visiting you this summer!! Miss you and see you soon!!! Mommala & all

I'm my mother's clone. Not quite as much in that photo. When you look at her and me in my wedding photos we really look alike. For years after she died I'd catch her looking back at me in the mirror.
