Happy Mutha's Day!
Nothing special planned here. It's not like I can chow down on a big breakfast. The kids had asked me what I wanted for Mother's Day and I told them nothing. And I meant it. All I want is for someone to take the trash cans down to the street. I'm a cheap date.
I'm planning to spend the day reading and puttering around the house. I might do some trailer work. Gotta get ready for the yard sale in 2 weeks.
Have a lovely day, everyone!

my kids are putting forth a good effort...and i asked them to do it w/o fighting!
that makes me a happy muyha. hope youre a happy mutha too!
Oh yeah, I'm a happy mutha. Right now I'm a groggy mutha because I just woke up from a long, hard nap.
Better go for a walk.
i didnt get a nap so i am jealous. the weather today was perfect for walking.
I had a lovely walk. Then I went to the grocery store. When I got home the trash cans were sitting at the bottom of the driveway. I got my Mother's Day wish!
I managed to eat a teriyaki mushroom burger for dinner. No bun, doing low carb and I wouldn't have been able to open my mouth that wide anyway. I did have a few pops while chewing but it wasn't that uber-crunchy, bone-splitting kind of popping. So, I guess the TMJ has improved a bit.
Now I'm having a bit of that wine Bill brought over. Ahhhh.....
yay for fulfilled wishes. mostly i got mine. a partially picked up house is better than a not partially picked up one.
the teriyaki burger sounds pretty good. hmmm, i hardly ever eat the bun. to me, the good stuff is the styff between the bun. i'm mostly not a bread person.
