Totally.

He lived in Connecticut and would show up to the car racing track about 30 minutes from my house and just drive his car with everyone else, never asking to be treated specially.

I hope that if I was that famous and wealthy, I would be half as generous and humble as he was.

KC waited on him at a coffee shop on University a couple million years ago when he was driving at the Riverside race track.

I was in the grocery store last night in the salad dressing aisle. I stood there for a couple minutes looking at all the Paul Newman incarnations on the labels of Newman's Own. Heh! it was like a goofy shrine to Paul Newman right there on the shelf. The many faces of Paul, none of them real. I thought how funny it would be to go to the greeting card aisle and grab a candle and light it and leave it there among the bottles.

The grocery store people probably wouldn't have thought it so funny.

I used Newma's Own Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil while cooking dinner tonight. Come to think of it, I drank Newman's Own Organic Black Royal-Tea.

For my front porch Halloween display I'm going to set up my witch's lair with a table. On that table will be an 8x10 framed photo of Paul Newman with a bottle of dressing next to it and a couple of candles. The witch will have a box of Kleenex in her lap.
