Nice day for an inauguration

Finally! The nightmare is over. I don't know what kind of president Obama will be. I think he might be a great one. But today I'm not worrying about that. I'm just so happy that we're through with that miserable failure of a human being we had to call President for the last eight years. What a glorious day.

Ah, they just flew Bush out on the helicopter. Ahhhh......

I know. Maybe I'm enjoying this a bit too much, but I hate that SOB. Investigate! Prosecute! Incarcerate!

When Obama was giving his speech, we were saying wouldn't it just be incredible if he ended it like this:

"...and God bless the United States of America. Now will the secret service please take the ex-president and vice-president into custody."

THAT would change the world.

My office watched it on the tv at work and whew, what a relief.

Boy, web coverage was glitchy and hard to watch. It cleared up pretty good by the time Bush got on the helicopter. There was absolutely nothing to do at work today so I watched the whole thing guilt free.
